Eirik Ragnarsson is King of the [[Northmen]], residing in their capital, [[Grünvik]].

He is a hulking man in his mid forties, standing some 6’9” tall. His physical presence is intimidating, his bald pale pate capping a heavy brow and wide, square jaw bearded only with a goatee showing the frost on his mahogany hair. His face is generally smooth and free of the lines of time, but his furrowed brow shows his years of worry most, his eyes squinted in detailed observation as he stands. His arms are set akimbo with his hands on his belt, their wide span making the battle-spear seem much smaller than it is, as your eyes dart to the wall behind him to see it resting there: a long and thick pike of steel chased and reinforced with mithril, shod with a wicked mithril tri-foil spear-tip. He wears no jewelry or adornments of any kind, seeming to prefer a simple charcoal woolen coat lined with linen over his linen tunic of its natural color. His woolen breeks are bound below the knee to his plain black leather boots, their deep sage folds bloused at the knee. His leather belt suspends a leather hip-bag and a few knives of increasing size around his girth.
