Tippa Fieldling has long been in Jarek’s employ, as long as Omen remembers, which is over a decade. She’s maybe 20 years older than Omen, but given halfling’s longer lifespan, they are about the same relative age. She never spoke much of her past, but she did mention she was better off in Vesuva than on the coast.
Omen was assigned to her when he first agreed to join the Adventurers’ Guild as a Probationary Member. Tippa was always available to offer advice, and she never told Omen he did something wrong. “You just gotta figure out if you had to do it or just wanted to do it. When you can answer why to both questions, you’ll see what you can change and what you need to figure out how to accept.” After some time, Omen grew in power and size, and the dynamic between them changed to a trusted compatriot. Kel, a “class-mate” in terms of arrival to the Guild and a friend to Omen who trained with him, normally stationed in the Northeastern Quadrant, was relocated to the Smokehouse with Omen and Tippa, and their lieutenant commander Alina, who was Jarek’s right hand in the command of the Vesuvan Outposts of the Adventurers’ Guild.

Tippa is tall for a Halfling; very muscular, like an acrobat, powerful, and wiry. She is voluptuous, and while her face bears the echoes of her life, she moves with a sinuous and sensual grace.

She is fierce in a fight, but tends to be more of a party girl the rest of the time. She seems to have a particular fondness for Omen, which while outwardly casual, belies a deeper connection.
