Polk Rodman

Polk Rodman is the mayor of Fipplesreed. Polk is tall for a halfling, well over three feet tall, with a large forehead above pointed eyebrows matching his close-cropped black hair, with spots of grey showing his age. His dark skin is smooth and only lightly wrinkled with laugh lines and perhaps a worrier’s brow forming more recently. His mustard coat covers his blue hooded jacket underneath, buckled over the front with ornate golden buckles. Polk has a number of rings on his fingers, and he leans on a small ornate rod topped with a gold knob.
