The Stävholl (_stave-hall_, a structure of stone with a wooden roof used for public gatherings, more formal than the long-houses in the Eastern Downs) in Grünvik, used for large public gatherings. Furniture is always brought in for each occasion. Meetings of the state here use no furniture to encourage short deliberations.
