Pertwyn

Lord Pertwyn, Steward of the Eastern Kingdom, whose rule should be abdicated to Rheya. He took over governance of the Eastern Kingdom after the untimely deaths of Galen and Marah, Rheya's parents. Under his rule, The Eastern Kingdom has been silent and in some sort of seclusion over the last 70 years, and only recently has contact been made to discover the greatly reduced and sequestered population.
