This artifact works only for elves (excluding drow), tieflings, and other faefolk who can command magic through wild magic or by being a warlock or sorcerer. It adds one die to only base damage or base effect of any spell that counts dice for damage or effect of a sorcerer or warlock spell, but confers no bonus to infernal magic. The wearer is immune to sleep and charm, and resistant to poison.

It is currently in the possession of the Tiefling Warlock, Omen
