Kevin
Kevin is an Arctic Tern. He helped the party once or twice before Nissa realized his value and marked him, unlocking his full species potential. Sadly, he is still just a bird; but he is the cleverest bird around.
Since his humble beginnings, Kevin achieved more than any bird could dream. Kevin received a boon from Nissa allowing him to speak Elvish at will. He delivered many important messages in his relatively short service, and undoubtedly his efforts were a significant aid to the war effort. He gained renown across Sarapadia, and was known to the the eagles of Erne Pass as "Great Uniter Kevin". Kevin perished just outside Kîmet in the belly of a wyvern while attempting delivering a message to the party. The party exacted swift vengeance on the offending wyvern, but not swift enough too free Kevin before he was mostly digested. Kevin's final message was intact. Faeron and Udoros saved whatever remains of their friend they could find. Udoros gave three of Kevin's feathers, along with a tooth of the beholder the party defeated in Âta's dungeon, to a Vesuvan bowyer who used them to craft the magical arrow Gnitir. Faeron has not yet given up hope of reviving Kevin at some point in the future.
