Cooper Thistlewaithe
According to Kyðeon, as told to the party:
"The Scion of Halflings is Cooper Thistlewaithe, a young and agile male, currently serving as a scout for the Uplands Rangers. He may be either in his home town called Washturn Bluff, or at the Karthus Cliffs, or near the border with the West Gate with the Eastern Kingdom, as fell and foul creatures were reported in that area for the last couple decades. I haven’t met him, but I did meet the previous Scion, Wern Treffly, who lived in Vesuva until his untimely demise. I came by that name talking to the Mayor Polk Rodman. He’s the Mayor of Fipplesreed, the only town among the Halflings, as most of them have villages with elders. Fipplesreed is their largest town of some 10,000 individuals."
