Iatu
he black dragon Ïátu ("ee-AAH-too") was discovered near a small treasure hoard in the station between the Hall of the Mountain King and the Tarkis Port cave. He presented in the form of a tiefling who walked with a limp. He claimed he was the custodian of the interchange machinery at the cave, and was delighted to trade with travelers. He sought the Black Dragon Egg. He was willing to trade his entire treasure hoard for both items. The Party theorized that Ïátu was in service to Eldanoth, likely against his will. Ïátu was killed by the Party with the aid of Sîpanna. Omen currently wears armor crafted from his hide.
