The Ingsrod is an evolved form of the Ingknutr. When a dragon seed is placed in the middle of the Ingknutr's opened metal leaves it turns into a special weapon with unique properties. The following are currently known dragon seed configurations:

• Red Dragon Seed - +2 Weapon, can be in mace, rod or staff configuration
• White Dragon Seed - +2 Mace, user has Ice Resistance
• Blue Dragon Seed - +2 Rod, user has Lightning Resistance
• Green Dragon Seed - +2 Staff, user is Poison Immune
• Black Dragon Seed - +2 Mace, user is resistant to undead.
• Silver Dragon Seed - +3 Mace, radiant damage.
